BIOGRAPHY

Was named Rookie of the Year in the Danish league in 2006-2007….Most prolific goal scorer for Herlev Hornets in 2007/08 until he left for the Finnish top club Tappara Tampere to play the latter part of the season….In Tampere he became the first player ever to represent Denmark in the SM-Liiga….Played with former Danish league profile, Timo Koskela (played for Herning Blue Fox)….Scored three goals when Tappara won the bronze medal game against Jokerit (4-3) in the SM-Liiga and was named player of the game….A big, strong forward – always hard-working and hard-hitting along the boards….Was raised in Rødovre where he won several Danish junior titles before moving to Herlev….Was named Rookie of the Year in Herlev in 2006-2007 by the supporters….Was the Danish top scorer (4 goals, 7 assists) in the World Junior Championship, Division 1 in Latvia, 2005-2006….Averaged 1.03 points per game in the Danish league (33 games) in 2007-2008…In 2008-2009 he moved to Malmö Redhawks where he quickly became both a key player and fan favourite because of his enthusiastic way of playing the game…in 2009-2010 he was the most scoring Danish player for Malmö Redhawks amongst the four Danes in the club…Hardt scored 42 points in 52 regular season games and another 3 points in the qualification playoffs to the Swedish Kvalserien…Played yet another fine season at Malmö in 2010-11, despite being injured for a couple of months…Played his first full season in the Finnish SM-Liiga in 2011-12 playing 53 regular season games for Jokerit tallying 41 points (16+25) adding 6 points (4+2) in 10 playoff games. Won his second bronze medal in the SM-Liiga in April 2012…Averaged 19.59 minutes of ice time at the 2011 World Championship in Slovakia adding 5 points (4+1) in six games and being named one of the three best players of the Team Denmark…Averaged 17:55 minutes of ice time 2013 in Stockholm, but missed out last season World Championship in Minsk due to the birth of his first child…played his first season at Linköping this year, being one of the leading players in the club’s playoff-campaign…Returned to Malmö Redhawks for the 2015-2016 season and returns to the World Championship team after missing the 2016 Moscow tournament…A very physical force with an uncanned team first mentality on the ice that makes room for his line mates in the offensive zone.
