Was already in for a spot in the 2010 Team Denmark WC team but got injured and missed out…Became the top defenseman at the Division I U20-WC 2010/11 and gained promotion…played 50 games with Rögle BK in the Swedish Allsvenskan 2010/11…Danish Cup Champion with Rødovre in 2007/08…Had his absolute breakthrough at Rögle 2011-12 becoming one of the key players in the team…Gained promotion to the Elitserien with Rögle 2011-12 and extended his contract with the club…Played his first World Championship 2011 in Slovakia and made great impressions…Continued his great form in WC 2012 in Sweden where he was one the Danish key defencemen…Has averaged over 21 minutes of playing time during both Stockholm 2013 and Minsk 2014…Second most in both tournaments after Philip Larsen…Always has a certain edge of playfullness to his elegant performances and is a very skilled skater and stick handler who – at the same time – can deliver huge hits…In Minsk 2014 he was one of three plus players in the lineup. He led his team with a +4…Played in the Swedish Hockey League for Färjestads BK during the 2014-2015 season before he moved on to Jokerit and KHL where he became a key player and a relieable defenceman and extended his contract for two more seasons…Was injured shortly into the 2016 IIHF World Championships in Russia and had to leave the tournament after 3 games…Returns as a top line defenceman for Denmark in Cologne, Germany for the 2017 IIHF World Championship…Is a great playmaker with speed and offensive qualities as well as a solid special teams player for Denmark.
