Has served as a key player for the junior national teams for many years…Celebrated his last year as a junior by scoring 7 points (2+5) for the Danish team at the World U20 Championship Division 1 in Odense, where Denmark was promoted…Became Danish Champion with Herning Blue Fox in 2006-2007 and 2007-2008…Played his first ever senior World Championship game against Russia in Moscow, 2007 (Russia won 9-1) and was named the best Danish player of the game…Plays a technical type of hockey with speed in his skates and is good at finding his line mates in an open position…Connected with Danish veteran hero, Jens Nielsen, twice (1+1) for goals in Team Denmarks last World Championship game in Russia 2007, securing a Danish 5-2-victory against Italy. His importance to Team Denmark at the World Championships has been on the rise since his debut in 2007…Transferred from Herning Blue Fox to SønderjyskE before the 2008-2009 season and was named Danish Player of the Year after a lot of good performances during the season…was also named SønderjyskEs Danish Player of the Year and won the Danish Championship with the club scoring 13 points (8+5) in the playoffs…Had a perfect start of the season in DEL (Deutsche Eishockey Liga) as one of the most outstanding players in the league, playing for Iserlohn Roosters.reached the first place of the scoring chart in DEL as the first Danish Player in history.Ended the season with respectable 45 points in 51 regular season games with Iserlohn.Has played for Eisbären Berlin in the DEL since the start of the 2010-11-season but only played 27 games in the regular season as he suffered several concussions during the season. Tallied 9 points (5+4) in the regular season and 6 points (4+2) in 12 playoff games going all the way to the finals with Eisbären Berlin winning the German Championship…Also won the European Trophy Championship with Eisbären Berlin…Played 33 regular season games for Eisbären Berlin in the 2011-12-season accumulating 18 points (6+12) adding 6 points (4+2) in 13 playoff games. Missed several regular season games with a broken finger. Won the German Championship again in April 2012….Played an average of 17.40 minutes per game in the six games at the World Championship in Slovakia 2011 tallying 5 points (4+1) making that his ever best appearance internationally…The World Championship 2016 in Moscow will be his 8th at the senior level…Once again he comes into the World Championship as German champion, this time for Red Bull München where he recorded his 4th!
